Volunteers – Beaver Creek Flotilla

In consideration of Knox County Park & Rec, Beaver Creek Kayak Club and Legacy Parks Foundation allowing you to participate in the 2023 Flotilla, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Knox County Park & Rec, Beaver Creek Kayak Club and Legacy Parks Foundation and its members, sponsors, volunteers and volunteer organizations, for any and all claims of liability to the fullest extent of the law arising out of their negligence, fault, recklessness, or any other act or omission which causes the participants illness, injury, disease, death and damages of any nature in any way connected with the participation in the 2023 Flotilla. In addition, by participating you give permission to be photographed and for the use of such photographs/videos for any promotional materials for this event in the future. Personal floatation devices MUST be worn.

**This, as with any recreational activity, there is inherent risk of injury or death, user of the Knox County Water Trail acknowledge this, and assume all liability.**
